Silicon Carbide MOSFET Discretes
Infineon had posted first automative 1200V Cool silicarbide mosfet: AIMW120R045M1, wtih " An excellent immunity against unwanted parasitic turn-on effects enables a benchmark low dynamic loss even at zero volt turn-off voltage in bridge topologies". However, CREE only have Automative 900V Silicarbide Mosfet.
Maybe there is a good chance for High-voltage OBC with automative mosfet.
